These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, and the arbitration proceedings and any award shall be confidential. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

15. Jurisdiction-Specific Provisions
Users accessing the Platform from within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia should be aware that Saudi Arabia’s evolving regulatory framework governs certain aspects of digital content, data handling, and electronic transactions. The Personal Data Protection Law, enacted in 2023, establishes privacy requirements and data processing standards applicable to entities collecting data from Saudi residents. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws of their jurisdiction as they relate to the access and use of analytical intelligence products. The Kingdom’s new investment law (2024) and property ownership system (effective early 2026) have broadened the scope of foreign participation in Saudi economic activity, and users should consult qualified legal counsel regarding the applicability of these frameworks to their specific circumstances. Nothing in these Terms constitutes investment advice, regulatory guidance, or legal counsel regarding Saudi Arabian law or the laws of any other jurisdiction. The Platform’s analytical content is produced for informational and educational purposes, and users must exercise independent judgment in applying this content to investment, business, or policy decisions.
The Platform’s coverage of Saudi Arabia’s economic transformation — including analysis of entities such as the Public Investment Fund (AUM exceeding $1 trillion as of 2025), the Expo 2030 Riyadh Company, Saudi Aramco, and various giga-project developers — is based on publicly available information, scraped data, and analytical inference. We do not claim access to material non-public information, and our analysis should not be construed as insider information or as having been produced with the cooperation, endorsement, or approval of any Saudi government entity, sovereign wealth fund, or commercial organization discussed in our content.
